Distribution. China (Shaanxi Province) (Pujade-Villar et al. 2016a: 28).

Biology. Only the sexual generation has been described, which induces detachable leaf galls on Q. variabilis (sect. Cerris) (Table 1; Pujade-Villar et al. 2016a).
