Distribution. China (Hunan Province) (Yang et al. 2019: 12, 17).

Biology. Reared from green, pumpkin-shaped terminal galls on new shoots and inflorescence stems of Lithocarpus glaber (Yang et al. 2019) . The gall inducer has yet to be confirmed.
