Remarks: This specimen collected by Sir N. Lamont in Trinidad was considered by Lamont to be the holotype and is illustrated in colour in Pl. I: fig. 12 (Kaye 1922, Kaye & Lamont 1927). No precise locality is given in the original description, but Kaye & Lamont (1927) give the type locality as “Palmiste”.
