Label justifying specimen as holotype by M.J.W.Cock, 1997.

Remarks: This specimen collected at Palmiste, Trinidad in October 1921 by Sir N. Lamont is unambiguously the holotype. It is illustrated in colour in Pl. XLV: fig. 14 (Kaye 1925, Kaye & Lamont 1927).
