Remarks: This specimen collected by Sir N. Lamont at Guaico, Trinidad on 18th April 1915 is clearly the holotype although in the original description (Kaye 1922) the date is erroneously given as “ 18.ix.15.” However the date is corrected to 18 April 1915 in Kaye & Lamont (1927). It is illustrated in colour in Pl. I: fig. 15 (Kaye 1922, Kaye & Lamont 1927.)
