Remarks: This specimen collected in Trinidad by Sir N. Lamont is undoubtedly the holotype. It is illustrated in colour in Pl. I: fig. 22 (Kaye 1922, Kaye & Lamont 1927). Kaye & Lamont (1927) give the type locality as “Palmiste”.
