Distribution: Nearctic, Neotropical (Ecuador).

Records in Ecuador: Esmeraldas (near the villages of Cristóbal Colón, Simón Bolívar and along the río Felfa near the village Montalvo in the northwestern Esmeraldas) .

Habitat: Stomach contents of Oophaga sylvatica (Dendrobatidae) .
