Borhidia cf. andina: Marian et al. (2018) .

Distribution: Ecuador.

Records in Ecuador: Pichincha (riverbanks of río Alamo, 6 km leaving Nono) and Loja (Podocarpus National Park-Cajanuma).

Habitat: Forest litter and soil from 10 m above the water level of the river. Moss hanging from shrubs and tree branches. Litterbags of Clusia spp. Graffenieda emarginata and Hediosmum sp.
