Taxonomic notes. T. discrepans was described from 4 males from North Thailand, Chiang Mai prov. Four males and three females from China, Yunnan, show a number of consistent differences (see below). However, these differences are small and pending further studies we treat it as a new subspecies. The female of T. discrepans yunnanensis including the genitalia is described and illustrated here for the first time,.
