4. Poecilimon thoracicus (Fieber, 1853)

Several authors mentioned the presence of this species in Austrian Dalmatia (Redtenbacher 1900, Us 1992), but it does not necessarily indicate the Croatian part of the Adriatic coast (see comment above). There are no faunistic records of P. thoracicus from Croatia. Therefore, we omit this species (Hochkirch et al. 2016) from the checklist.
