Distribution in Croatia: Recorded in all regions, not widespread but locally abundant.

Distribution in Europe: From Northern France and the Czech Republic in the north to the Iberian Peninsula and the Mediterranean islands (Lampedusa, Rhodes, Cyprus) in the south, and Southern European Russia in the east (Hochkirch et al. 2016).
