Distribution in Croatia: Widely distributed in all regions.

Distribution in Europe: From Southern Slovakia and Southern Switzerland (where it is extinct) in the north, to the Iberian Peninsula, Greece and the Mediterranean islands of Sicily and Cyprus in the south (Hochkirch et al. 2016).
