Fig. 15
Material examined. 1♂, NE China, Liaoning Province, Kuandian County, Daxicha Forest, 20.VI.2010, N40°44′58″, E125°11′35″, 446 m altitude, Tang Yan-Long leg.
Hosts. Parasitoid of Massicus raddei (new record).
Distribution. China (Liaoning).
Remarks. Body length ♂ 6.1 mm. Only one male adult was reared from a larva of M. raddei . It is not M. beijingense Yang or M. zhangi Yang according to Cao et al. (2020); it has the scape and legs brown and the colour pattern of the mesoscutum deviates. It is possibly a third undescribed species of Metapelma in China, but given there is only a solitary male, we have refrained from describing this as a new species.
