Remarks.

Schoenfeld (1924) proposed this name as an aberration of L. icarus Rottemburg, 1775. Therefore, as stated by article 45.6.2 (ICZN 1999) it is deemed to be an infrasubspecific name (the author used “aberration”, “ab.”) and is hence unavailable.
