Type locality. Described from Larnaka (Cyprus) , Saïda (Lebanon) and Jaffa (Israel) .

Remarks. Recorded by MolluscaBase (2018) as taxon inquirendum. The type material belongs to Cerithium lividulum Risso, 1826 [new synonymy].
