Type locality. Described from Mogador (Morocco).

Remarks. Recorded by MolluscaBase (2018) as Turbonilla subulina Monterosato, 1889 . Pallary (1920: pl. 1 fig. 14) figured under this name a different species, similar to T. acuta (Donovan, 1804)
