From deeper soft sediments outside coral reef habitats. Depth 15-25 m.

Distribution.

Vanuatu, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea (Gosliner et al. 2008, 2015) and the Gulf of Thailand (Mehrotra et al. 2020b).
