Malpighiodes spruceana Nied. [= Malpighiodes bracteosa (Griseb.) W. R. Anderson].

Notes.

Malpighiodes comprises four currently accepted species (one threatened species; Suppl. material 1) of lianas endemic to the rainforests of the Amazon basin of Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela, South America (POWO 2024).
